Anonymous asked: Ok, first off, Do you commission short animated gifs? (I KNOW you’re not connu son rn but WHEN you do) and second, how many characters can be commissioned per picture? Lastly, can I commision more than one drawing (I’m so sorry I’m in love with your art)

It depends on the gif, if it’s like, a per movements that only require a few layers, I guess it’s manageable but you’re still paying for every drawing (same type same rate) but if it’s like a fluent animation clip then nope, that’s going to be harder and my computer won’t be able to handle that. For multiple drawings, yes it’s still a commission. But everything is only same type same rate ‘ v  ‘ b

Anonymous asked: Hey there! Saw previous question about dpi and saving files etc. Wouldn't it be better to save it as a .tiff? The ability to store image data in a lossless format makes a TIFF file quite useful for high quality work.

I think it’s fine? Though, I couldn’t open it as a file or upload it on most sites. But if you like it then, it’s alright too

Anonymous asked: hey ceej! you're an absolute artistic inspiration. an artspiration if you will :) I just wanted to ask, what pixel resolution and DPI do you generally use while drawing? a rough range would be nice. I use 300 dpi 2000x2000 PSD canvases but they get super grainy super fast. what do you use to make sure your pics look so good and crystal clear even after Tumblr does its compression?

Oh! I use anything that’s over 1000px only in 72dpi. I think the difference is if you save yours in jpg and png. I mostly save mine in png, resolution’s same as when you drew it but higher memory, which is not really a problem except when you upload/save it takes longer, sometimes not acceptable to be uploaded if it’s too big. Jpg can make your resolution like a downloaded file (grainy as you say) but lower memory. Try checking if it’s the case ‘ .  ‘

Anonymous asked: What’s a zine? I want to support you but I don’t really know what that is. Thank you!!

It’s a fan magazine (fanzine, or zine, in my case, artzine). A pile of my selected works, printed and magically turned into a book where you can see, scream or do anything you like with it o v  <

Anonymous asked: id love to give you a gift for all the great art youve done hehe are you planning to go to any cons soon so i can drop by? :o

OMGGG/////// I signed up for BLushcon and Yoicon but due to my work there’s a possibility that I might cancel. But for sure, I’ll go APCC.

Anonymous asked: Hi sorry to load this on u but idk who else to tell. I just needed to vent. My dad is normally an awesome person, but he has issues w anger sometimes. He gets rly offended easily. Tonight he complained abt dinner bc my mom gave him leftovers. i could tell mom was sad so i told him that it wasn't that nice that he said that. But he got upset & told me: what's not nice is not living in a place where he has the right to say what he wants. Then he told my lil bro he had an ignorant big sister. idk.

I’m sorry to hear about this. For now, try to calm down, it’s great that you found someone to tell it to and thank you for trusting me for that. Be there for your mom and comfort her. As for your dad, look for a time to tell him what you told me, when he’s alright to talk. Soon is great but it doesn’t have to be right away. Opinions about anything are not bad but being ungrateful with what your mom could give to him (for the time being I presume? I’m sure she doesn’t give him left overs all the time) is a different thing. I guess explain to him as well why he’s given leftovers;; you say your dad is normally awesome so I’m sure he’ll listen. But if he still doesn’t, maybe something’s bothering him? You can also try and get that out of him too.

I’m not sure about your full FULL story (bc you’re on anon lol) but yeah, if I was in your shoes, I’d just open up and be there for them. You guys will be alright. Take care!
