This is the part when we practice. At first, I was also in the same plate bc anatomy is hard. I tried to look at lotsa reference and tutorials but when it came to making my own poses, it turns really hard. It took me loadsa practice and observing to get the hang of it, even now, sketching poses consumes my time. I gathered it’s sorta like, basic shapes and perceiving 3d into 2d. So it’s entirely practice!
