Here, in this scene from Chapter 58, Mikasa yells out “讙”, which translates to “Huan” in Chinese. For now, I’ll assume that’s Jean’s name in the Chinese version, since it doesn’t seem to translate to anything else. 

But, that means the last thing Jean heard before he possibly gets shot is Mikasa yelling out his name.
