小麦粉の代わりに米粉を使ったパン。断面はきめ細かく、弾力のあるモチモチの生地は、噛めば噛むほど甘みが増し、ミルクとバターとお米の味わいが広がる。少し温める程度にトーストすると弾力が軽くなり、ふんわりとやわらかさが増す。クセになる味わい!
