Ceeej help! T-T I'm trying to practice proportions, specially the head. I stare at lots of references, but, it always comes out as the same "pose". For example: head movements I can only turn the head 90 degrees, when I try a different perspective it always comes out as the same vertical pose... Do u have any advice for this?

Hm. I guess here you have to memorize the structure:

1. Memorize the positions and points (drawing basic perspective as well) as if drawing a ball with an ‘X’ mark in different angles or a box in different view points (I’m working so I can’t draw rn but click here for the references)

2. Think about it as if you’re holding the object you are drawing.

3. It takes lots of practice. If you make errors, go check it and find your mistake and redo it. Also, practice in other angles.

Good luck friend!
