So, if you were to be a certain religion, but you don't believe in all the stories, "rules", and orders to fulfill in being labeled in that religion, does it make you (generally) a deist? A deist is someone who believes in god, but not in a certain religious group. I'm just trying to add on to the convo here.
Not exactly? Though I still believe and follow some of the rules bc I kinda grew up with them, like a natural thing to me but I’m not extreme. I could call myself a regular and chill church goer. But even so, I have my own personal beliefs that I don’t need to share with everyone.
