Ceej. How do you deal with art block? I mean. People and artists whom I avidly follow are so so so quick with their works and the skill level is so astounding. I do not compare my own drawings with theirs but here I am. Just sitting. How do you deal?

Hmmmm to be honest, I don’t really know where art block comes from, to me it’s like I just wanna not draw for now and I wanna do something else? Tho If I really want to draw, I watch movies, listen to music, or make sentences, or just look at a lot of things. There, I get my ideas on what I always draw. Sometimes, moods interfere ;w ; whether I’d draw fast or not. I think art block’s the mood thing, but to lose that, you gotta find your inspiration somewhere. Like ask yourself what/who do I wanna draw? What are they doing in the drawing? Something like those.

That one’s about the idea/inspiration part. Skills and improvement of drawing that you spoke of is different. That’s where you’ll decide to work hard and practice drawing ‘ v  ‘
