Animated Film ‘Loving Vincent’ Records the Artist’s Life in 12 Oil Paintings per Second by Over 100 Painters
The first trailer for Loving Vincent recently dropped with an ambitious agenda, to imitate the Dutch artist’s signature, expressive brushstroke in a series of oil paintings to construct an animated film. Featuring some of the painter’s most famous works, the first fully painted feature film in the world will chronicle Vincent van Gogh’s life story and tumultuous history, leading to his mysterious death.
