About the ‘ne’. Most of Japanese start their coversation about someone with “the name”+’ne’. So ‘Tatsuhisane’ is actually means ‘about Tatsuhisa’. It looks like little Tatsun thought that the ‘ne’ is a part of his name ^_^”
