He looks OOC but no I did base him on that screenshot, I just made him pout, etc ;3; He can get really angry at times and he complains a lot and those were in the anime, heck I didn’t even expect that he’d be intimidating in episode 14. I consider those unexpected sides of him for a change cuz I think it’s really cute. I may have drawn him looking very OOC all the time but I make sure he’s still Makoto. I wanted to try seeing him in situations that he’ll show his other sides so I make a buncha sloppy exaggerated headcanons TTwTT

That’s my interpretation. For other people, I am not so sure. Probably the same or they really wanna see him in a different way.
