I honestly get as much references as I can get? I don’t have specific book or videos, but I look at everything, from comics, to magazines, even from hentia/porn (I won’t deny this, it’s disturbing but porn actually a really great reference) and take lotsa notes and practice. It doesn’t have to have any professional books, you just have to perceive and understand where you’re seeing it. The various references, the better.

Thank you! It’s better if you observe real life pictures/references, and looking at other artists work will help to (to understand their perception of anatomy without copying) but real life references will help you the most. Of course, practice.
