Anonymous asked: How long did it take you to find a style you were happy with? :o

I dunno? I just find myself drawing in that style right now, but probs cuz I enjoy drawing that way. I don’t really watch out for my style ;;;w;;;;;

Anonymous asked: just wondering, who would you say are your artistic inspirations?

I have a lot of artists that I’ve known and met that inspired me but the one mangaka who drove me to work on my style is Adachitoka (Noragami). Also, Hiramoto Akira (Prison School) got me stuck on drawing realistically xD

Anonymous asked: in terms of 'practice and observe' when it comes to art, do you recommend trying to draw off of references and emulate another artist's style, or to just try to draw things your own way?

It’s best if you draw things your own way. You can also check other artists’ style and find out how they see objects by the way they drew them. Look at various references, it depends on you on which ones you like to learn from (realistic, anime, cartoons, etc) everything you find is a reference. That’s what I meant by observing. For practicing, literally means non stop drawing till you get the thing right xD
