The only person I’ve really been able to ship him with is Naruto, to me, they’re the only one's who understand each others pain properly.

I’ve been shipping SS for years actually. First, I love Sakura. She’s probably my first fave female character I grew up to know, but I didn’t bother mentioning it. As I have said before, she’s the one I relate to the most. Then she crushing on Sasuke (fvck even I crush on Sasuke xDD), even if clearly Sasuke doesn’t care about her, heck he’s annoyed even. But I cheered for her, and also desperately wishing Sasuke would like her a little. In a while they have these lil moments in the series and since then I’ve been watching and shipping those two hard.     

It’s an old ship so even though there’s a sense where they shouldn’t have ended up together bc the ship supposedly died and didn’t have any development in the future chapters, I can’t help but ship them, still. Think of it as, Sakura’s undying love for Sasuke, wherin she can’t move on no matter how hard she tried, as my love for this ship xD haha

In a reasonable sense, yes, Sakura would be better off if she chose ANYONE but Sasuke, but well she didn’t. She’s a badass in her own way but it’s a different story when it comes to who she chooses to love. She tried, she really did. Remember, she tried to kill him. But she chose to stay faithful with her feelings and that’s not entirely bad. Imo it’s a lil more realistic? No matter what you do you can’t forget someone, there are ppl like that. Surprisingly, Sasuke had returned those feelings, in a way we never saw, except for the forehead poke. 

But I wouldn’t compare this love with the love he has with Naruto. I’d expect that Sasuke would always remember Naruto than he would with Sakura bc for Naruto’s, it’s much deeper? Familial, brotherly, and it matters so much to Sasuke. So they’re separate bonds. 

Though I wish it was really clear on Sasuke and Sakura’s development TT v  TT I mean ok, I do ship them, they had so much interactions in Season 1 and barely in Shippuden then stopped at “oh so Sasuke has feelings for her after all??” via forehead poke and marrying her and Sarada. Oh wait they were travelling??? SasuNaru and even NaruSaku had more screen time (I was actually considering either to happen bc they have complete screen time) but then nope. NOPE. They’re in love and we have to rewatch the entire thing and observe to really know. 

So anywho, it’s the old me and for the old season and for the tiny interactions, and for Sakura, as to why I ship them. To this day, I’m still wishing for interactions in Boruto (will not hurt to wish lol). When they became canon, I’m extremely happy but WTF HAPPENED?? So to satisfy myself, I resort to fanfics and fanart. Better than the actual thing huhu ; v  ; b

Yes, I’m a multishipper so I do. But canon wise, for romantic, it’s Sakura. He’s not focused at any type of romance in the series bc he has no time for it. He’s pushed her away for too long and it’s time for him to move towards a new phase. In the end, he returned her feelings to her.  

Although, Sasuke’s most irreplaceable bond is with Naruto. He’s always going to be the one who he’s grateful to bc he wouldn’t be able to move on towards new phases if it wasn’t for him.

Hey! It’s been a week and I’m really sorry about that. I was really taken a back by it so I answered in a really abnoxious way. To clear it, no, I am not homophobic but I go to church bc yo hey, I’m Catholic. Anywho, please don’t assume anyone about anything just bc of their beliefs/faith. There are lots of really good and really bad ppl but still go to church, you never know. Thank you!!
